Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

We want you to be happy with what you buy, and we also pay real costs to registrars, hosting providers and advertising platforms the moment we act for you. This page explains fairly what can and can't be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Domain names

Once a domain has been registered or renewed, the fee is paid to the registry and cannot be refunded. If we could not register the domain you ordered (for example it was taken while you were checking out), you will receive a full refund or can choose another name.

2. Web hosting and business email

If you are not satisfied with a new hosting or email plan, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, less any domain registration or other third-party cost already paid on your behalf.

After 7 days, and for renewals, the yearly fee is not refundable, but you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.

3. Changing plan

  • Upgrade: you pay only the price difference for the time left in your year, and your renewal date stays the same.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at your next renewal. We do not refund the difference for the current period.

4. Social media marketing

  • Ad budget: money already spent on advertising cannot be refunded. Any ad budget you paid that has not yet been spent is returned to you if you cancel.
  • Management and content fees: are for work done in the month they cover. They are not refundable once the work for that month has started.
  • Cancelling: packages have a minimum term (shown on the package, currently 3 months). After it, give us one month's notice and we will stop at the end of that month. Cancelling early means the remaining months of the minimum term stay payable.

5. Websites and design work

We agree the price and stages up front. Deposits and stage payments cover work already done and are not refundable once that stage has started. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund the part of your payment for work we did not deliver.

6. When we made a mistake

If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or failed to deliver something you paid for, we will put it right — by fixing it or refunding you — as soon as you tell us.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer, normally within 14 days. To ask for a refund or cancel a service, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number.
