• Order and billing details: what you bought, invoices, payment status and history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (BML Connect); we never see or store your card number.
• Account details: if you have a client portal login, your email and a securely stored (hashed) password.
• Domain registration details: the registrant contact details a domain registry requires.
• Technical data: our servers record basic information such as your IP address and browser type when you use the site, for security and to keep it working.

• To reply to enquiries and give you quotes.
• To set up, run and renew the services you buy, and to invoice you.
• To send service messages: invoices, renewal reminders, account access and support.
• To keep the website and our systems secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We only share what is needed to deliver what you asked for, with:

• domain registrars and registries (to register and renew your domain);
• hosting and email providers (to set up and run your services);
• our payment provider, BML Connect (to take payment);
• email and advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), where we run your social media or ads;
• professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use only essential cookies and storage: to keep your shopping cart, to keep you signed in to the client portal or admin, and to remember your light or dark mode choice. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this page.

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful to answer you. We keep client, order and invoice records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the period the law requires for accounting and tax.

Access to our systems is restricted, passwords are stored hashed, sensitive credentials are encrypted, and the site uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons;
• stop sending you non-essential messages.
